If you are trying to win a contest you need to be really original and not just buy something that anyone can buy. That said why don’t the two of you do a role reversal. Based on your comment that you are tiny I am assuming you are smaller than your BF. It would be pretty funny if you went as say a football player and he went as a cheerleader. (Obviously you could help him put together his costume and it should not be too hard to come up with some football gear.) Another idea might be a bride and groom.
