I have always wanted to live where I could decorate my yard (a little) and dress up to sit on the porch and hand out candy. Well a couple months ago my fiance’ & I moved into a neighborhood that would allow me to do this with lots of young kids that live there also. My question is what are some inexpensive ways to decorate that would be kind of spooky? Also my fiance’ is going to dress up along with me…we would like to be kind of scary, any suggestions on something we could do inexpensive..we have some $ to spend but we should have started saving sooner but we didn’t about it. Thanks for your help :-)
