For halloween I want to be a female version of Indiana Jones. I found this costume online but it is sold out. http://www.halloweencostumes.com/sexy-adventure-girl-costume.html I have a a shirt, a jacket, and everything else needed but I don’t have a skirt. I really want a skirt that looks very similar to the one on the online costume but can’t seem to find one like it online. Also I really don’t want to spend over on a skirt for halloween and need a one similar in colour to the one in the picture because I don’t really want it to be the same colour as my shirt. Does anyone know where I could find said skirt?

Im Supposed to help my little brother come up with a halloween costume but im have a mind blank… Help?

I want to be Indiana Jones for Halloween and need to find a place to buy the hat and the whip in adult size. Also, where is a good place to buy a khaki button up shirt?

I’m looking for an awesome idea, it can be homemade or store bought, but more on the not so expensive side. I want something that will get a good laugh as well, but I definitely don’t want something that a bunch of people are going to dress up as, like for example: indiana jones, watchmen, michael jackson, so on and so forth.

it’s cute, but gosh darn that dog looks unhappy. LOL

Okay…2 days before halloween and my bf and i are still arguing over costumes. Hehehe. My best idea was to go as Indiana jones and lara croft, but he says they don’t go together. What do you think? The other option is to go as "Rocky Road"…me as Rocky balboa, and him as a road. Trying to win a costume contest too..any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

OK so I may be one of those people that needs help picking out a costume but I do have so ideas so I’m not completely lost! I would like my boyfriend and I to kinda match for halloween this year..

The problem is that anything I think of, he completely rejects. He doesn’t want to be any disney characters (lol I guess I can’t blame the guy). I guess what he really wants to be is something "manly". He gave a suggestion of Indiana Jones but I really don’t know what I could wear to match that?

I had a good idea to dress up as characters from the 80’s (I just really wanted to be Rainbow Bright), but he can’t think of anything to go with (besides He-Man). Can anyone help us out?? Thanks so much in advance!

P.S. I know this may seem kinda shallow but I would like to dress up as something "girlie" or "cute" – and that does NOT translate to slutty!

I’m almost 18 and I don’t know what I’m doing for halloween, but I’m DEFINITELY going to do SOMEthing, and im pretty sure I’m going to be having a party at my friend’s house the night after — which means 2 costumes It’s my favorite holiday. I am a freshman at college and I don’t know what to be for Halloween! I have some ideas but I can’t decide. Plus, there are a lot of really cute costumes but they are so short on me because I have really long legs and my whole butt sticks out!

2 of my friends and I are all teenagers. We plan to go out and walk around on Halloween and just have fun. We just decided that we want to go dressed as movie characters. I’m going as Indiana Jones and one is going as Zorro, but we can’t think of a good costume idea for my other friend. We want all 3 of the characters to be heroic, brave, awesome, and from a series of movies, like Indiana Jones and Zorro. Thanks.

good idea! wearing a suit would be cool. i dont exactly know what i would do with my hair…(im a girl) but thats an awesome idea! oh, and to the first answer, batman isnt for kids!

My youngest are 9 and 6. When they get along it’s beautiful but when they fight, fur flies. Maybe it’s naiive, but it seems to be an opportunity for unity if I come up with Halloween costume ideas that go together (like Scooby Doo and Daphne… but they wouldn’t want that, just an example.) I try to coordinate these subliminal plots whenever possible, and this seems like a good opportunity for exciting conversations between them as they get ready for Halloween.

You can tell me I’m a dreamer. I’m alright with that. I’m still going to do it though, so when you’re finished, please give me some ideas. My son is 9 and my daughter is 6. What are some two-of-a-kind ideas? They watch a lot of Nickleodeon, both play soccer, both… I dont know… they’re typical kids.

Evan’s a huge Indiana Jones fan. That might be an idea. But then where I get stuck is… What could my daughter be that’d she’d be excited about to go w/ Indiana Jones? I’m not good at this stuff. Not limited to Ind Jones though. What’s your best idea?

I’ve checked Old Navy, Gap Kids, Lands End, LL Bean, and Ebay, and I’m having no luck. Help! My kid needs it for his Halloween costume (Indiana Jones).
