Just get a cream/white suit, cream/white tie, blue shirt, blue socks(not important) a cream/white/black/blue hat (doesn’t matter what colour, it just gives a better effect if it matches the suit) and black shoes (cream/white for better effect)
As far as I am aware, he wore a beige suit, tie and hat. Pics can be found on search engine picture searches. Depending on where you live, charity shops would be the best bet financially and for color co-ordination.
