why do moms let kids wear halloween costumes and nothing underthem ?
it also cold where i live and most people don’t dress they kids in lays ? would think they be cold ! dose anyone else thinks it wrong ?

My mom always made sure I was warm, even though I never went trick or treating with her after I was 5
Well if the kids don’t care then I guess it’s fine. I always do. lol
i don’t really know how to answer this. try to provide an example. my guess is because the parents don’t care, or the costumes are not showy if you know what i mean
What are lays? My goddaughter is not allowed out without at least a nappy and vest on!
Maybe they don’t care.
